Self Cleaning Filters

PFT is a supplier of high quality self cleaning filters with a patented cleaning design, offers a variety of assemblies to suit any business sector. These filters clean themselves automatically without any human intervention, and help to eliminate ‘downtime’ ensuring your production stays efficient.

Automatic Self cleaning filters are designed  and manufactured for specific applications in our facility. All filter internals are always build from minimum of AISI-304 (1.4301) stainless steel material,  higher grades like AISI-316, TI, L grades are also available. Body / vessels can be build from multiple selection of materials for a wide range of applications. The robust construction of the filter makes it suitable for cleaning practically all liquids, including paint, lacquer, lubricating oil, bitumen, grease, process water, fermentation liquids, petrol, syrup, condensate water and many types of waste water etc.

In the cleaning process the dirt is scraped and suctioned into a sludge chamber from where it is drained away from the filter at appropriate intervals or when specified by available pressure difference reading system. This results in a defined and absolute cleaning of the filter, without the interruption in the process.

The drainage of the filter takes place through the bottom valve, which is set to activated after a certain number of cleanings or at set time intervals. Thanks to this process contamination is concentrated, and pushed out of filter with minimal product loss.
